A tiny, reproducible correctness lab for Python stdlib tarfile extraction filters, archive path traversal footguns, and safe handling boundaries. Archive extraction APIs can be dangerous. 'It is a tar feature' ≠ 'safe for untrusted input'. Python 3.14 / PEP 706 extraction filters help but do NOT make arbitrary archive extraction risk-free.
