Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Customers may be eligible to receive refunds for subscriptions to CVEFeed.io, a vulnerability intelligence platform provided by cvefeed.io.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on CVEFeed.io are considered final. By subscribing to any of our services, the Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees and acknowledges that these fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in this policy or required by law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted solely under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Inaccessibility: If the CVEFeed.io service is completely inaccessible due to issues within our control and we are unable to restore functionality within five (5) consecutive business days after a valid support request, the Customer may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Unauthorized Renewal: If a subscription renewal occurs without Customer’s intent and the Customer notifies CVEFeed.io within seven (7) calendar days of the renewal, a full refund may be issued, provided the account has not been used during this period.
  • Early Termination Due to Policy Changes: If CVEFeed.io materially modifies its Terms of Service prior to a Customer’s renewal date and the Customer chooses to terminate their subscription as a result of such changes, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
  • Payment provider buyer terms: If the payment provider used by the Customer has specific buyer protection terms that allow for refunds, CVEFeed.io will comply with those terms as applicable.
3. Ineligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Downgrading a plan before the end of a billing cycle.
  • Partial use of the Service.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund, Customers must contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

  • Account email address
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of CVEFeed.io based on the criteria above.

5. Effect of Refund
  • The applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Access to the refunded subscription will be terminated immediately upon refund issuance.
6. Modifications to this Refund Policy

CVEFeed.io reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
