Terms of Service

By using the CVEFeed.io platform, including any services, applications, or content provided through our software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings, you ("Customer") agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not accept these terms or are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use the Service.

CVEFeed.io is a service provided by a company TEEPX TECHNOLOGIES.

1. Introduction

CVEFeed.io is a subscription-based SaaS platform that allows customers to track, monitor, and receive alerts about cybersecurity vulnerabilities related to selected software products, vendors, or custom-defined assets. Customers can configure what they monitor and receive notifications when new CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) are published.

2. Access and Use
2.1 License to Use

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during their active subscription term for internal business purposes only.

2.2 User Accounts

Access to the Service is restricted to individuals ("Users") who are authorized by the Customer. Each User must be at least 18 years old. Account credentials must be kept confidential, and the Customer is responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

2.3 Usage Restrictions
  • Share or resell access (unless authorized as a partner or reseller);
  • Use the Service to build a competing product;
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
  • Alter, tamper with, or replicate any part of the platform;
  • Conduct unauthorized scanning or security testing;
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service performance.
3. Support and Availability

Paid subscriptions include basic email support during standard business hours. Free-tier users may submit issues through the designated GitHub repository. No uptime or support guarantees are provided for free plans.

4. Data Handling
4.1 Data Submitted by Customers

Customers control the information (e.g., product and vendor subscriptions) submitted to the Service. The accuracy and legality of such data remain the Customer’s responsibility.

4.2 Use of Data

By using the Service, Customers grant CVEFeed.io a right to store, process, and display the submitted data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. Aggregated or anonymized usage data may be used for analytics or internal development.

4.3 Data Storage Location

All data is stored within data centers located in [Insert Region or Country].

4.4 Data Removal

Customers can delete their data using built-in tools. Upon subscription termination, data will be purged according to our internal retention schedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure they have the rights and permissions to upload data;
  • Not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, credit card details);
  • Follow all applicable laws, including data protection and export regulations.
6. Service Suspension
  • The Customer violates usage terms;
  • Payments are overdue by 30 days or more;
  • The Customer poses a security threat or risks platform integrity.
7. Payments and Billing
7.1 Subscription and Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current term. Customers may cancel anytime from the account settings.

7.2 Fees

Fees are outlined at the time of purchase. All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Payment Methods

CVEFeed.io accepts credit/debit cards. Customers authorize recurring billing unless they cancel. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7.4 Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades are charged immediately and take effect instantly. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused service periods or downgrades.

8. Legal Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is.” CVEFeed.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or the accuracy of vulnerability information provided.

9. Termination
9.1 Customer-Initiated

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the current term ends.

9.2 Termination for Cause

Either party may terminate this agreement for a material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Access to the Service ends upon termination. Any unpaid fees remain due. Service data will be deleted as per Section 4.4.

10. Limitation of Liability
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities;
  • Any claims exceeding the total paid by the Customer in the past 12 months.
11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private, including platform data and usage information. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or independently developed.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor strikes, or internet outages).

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., the United Kingdom or Switzerland]. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Venue].

14. Modifications to Terms

CVEFeed.io may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify Customers via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription before renewal.

15. Definitions
  • Service refers to the CVEFeed.io platform and all associated content, features, and tools.
  • Subscription Term refers to the paid period during which the Customer is authorized to use the Service.
  • User refers to any authorized individual accessing the platform on behalf of the Customer.
  • Service Data means any configuration or monitoring data submitted by the Customer.
  • Confidential Information includes proprietary business information, pricing, and technical documentation exchanged between the parties.
