Description

Adobe Flash Player 18.x through 18.0.0.252 and 19.x through 19.0.0.207 on Windows and OS X and 11.x through 11.2.202.535 on Linux allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted SWF file, as exploited in the wild in October 2015.

Solution
This vulnerability allows for arbitrary code execution via a crafted SWF file, requiring users to update their Adobe Flash Player, Google Chrome, and system packages.
  • Update Adobe Flash Player to the latest version, or at least to version 18.0.0.255.
  • Update Google Chrome to version 46.0.2490.80 or later.
  • Update affected packages or flash-plugin based on the vendor guidance for your operating system.
