Android ServiceRecord Foreground Process Privilege Escalation Vulnerability
Description
In postNotification of ServiceRecord.java, there is a possible bypass of foreground process restrictions due to an uncaught exception. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed.
