CVE-2026-93177
drm/amdgpu/pm/powerplay: bounds-check voltage index in Vega10 lookup
Description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu/pm/powerplay: bounds-check voltage index in Vega10 lookup vddInd, vddciInd and mvddInd from VBIOS-parsed tables index into vddc, vddci and vddmem lookup tables without bounds checks across nine sites. Return -EINVAL when any index is out of range.

No affected product recoded yet

Solution
Check voltage index bounds in Vega10 lookup tables to prevent out-of-range access.
  • Update the Linux kernel to the latest stable version.
  • Apply the patch for bounds-checking voltage indices.
  • Review VBIOS-parsed tables for correct voltage index values.
CWE - Common Weakness Enumeration
