FFmpeg QuickTime Graphics Video Encoder Out-of-Bounds Read Vulnerability
Description

A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in ffmpeg. This vulnerability affects the function smc_encode_stream of the file libavcodec/smcenc.c of the component QuickTime Graphics Video Encoder.
